Public Access Defibrillation Management Program

What does a Management Program do for you, how can it help your business…
Now that you have decided that an AED is going to become part of your business, its time to follow the Laws that govern them. Let our Management Program guide your organization, and keep it compliant.

The law that authorizes the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Article 30 Public Health Law, Section 3000-B; requires the following elements:

* Identify a physician that will serve as the Emergency Health Care Provider (EHCP)
* Develop a collaborative agreement detailing the relationship between your organization and the EHCP
* Instate Protocols and written policy for AED use, including details for training, location, equipment, maintenance, re-stock procedures
* Detail participation in a regionally approved Quality Improvement (QI) program
* File notice of Intent to local PAD Coordinator
* Insure compliance and participation with the Regional Quality Assurance Program

MNR CPRinc in conjunction with Dr. John Walsh; Deputy Coordinator for the Suffolk County Dept of Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Services and Dr. Michael Torrelli; Vice President of the Police Surgeons Benevolent Association, have the ability to manage every aspect of your successful PAD Program participation.

MNR CPRinc in conjunction with Medtronic can offer your organization, discounted prices, individualized attention, and service within 24 hrs. for your AED.

Our Program fulfills all requirements for PAD Program participation, and tracks your organizations personnel profiles.

Complying with OSHA standards means keeping your employees’ certifications up-to-date. Administering CPR without updated training puts lives at risk and leaves you open to liability.
