The commercial property site survey summarizes the findings of data collection efforts involving the on-site survey. This inspection is focused at identifying risk factors and potential factors that may be present on a property. These factors may include; Fall Prevention, Fire Prevention, Evacuation Procedures, Medical Emergencies, Emergency Procedures. This inspection although in depth should not be considered a technically exhaustive inspection or an insurance policy against unexpected Emergency or Disaster conditions. This inspection should be used in conjunction with an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) to aid in the lowering of liability on a commercial property.
